• We only offer refunds for products that are received in a damaged or broken condition.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

• If your product is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us at care@stillakid.in with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the damaged product

  • Description of the issue

  • Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product that is not broken.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
